- We ship to any destination worldwide and even to the most remote lodge in Patagonia or your private retreat on a pacific Island. Please see our shipping section for details and estimated transit times.
How soon can I expect my order?
- The prints will be mailed from Germany. Delivery time depends on your shipping choice and country of residence. The prints are mailed tubed, and due to size and shape are considered bulk-mail causing a longer than usual transit time.
DHL Standard (Päckchen) can take around 5 - 45 days to reach foreign soil, depending on destination, DHL Expedited (Paket) around 2 - 25 days and courier orders by DHL express or UPS usualy arrive on your desk within 48hrs. Please check your timeframe and choose your shipping method accordingly.
As a rough guideline, the following transit times have been given by DHL German Mail for USA and Canada bound packages:

Do you frame prints?
Due to the fragility of a framed print we regret we are unable to offer this service. However, your local framer would certainly be able to frame your print(s) within a few days.

The prints will be shipped from Germany, so please choose your shipping method acording to budget and urgency:
DHL German Mail
DHL Standard (Päckchen) is the most economic way of mailing. DHL does not offer insurance or tracking for this product, so shipping with this method will be at buyers risk as we explicitly state that we can't take responsibility for lost or damaged packages shipped via DHL standard shipping.
DUE TO INCREASED SECURITY AND CUSTOMS CONTROLS, SHIPPINGS TO USA AND CANADA VIA DHL STANDARD (PÄCKCHEN) CAN BE DELAYED BY 10-15 DAYS AT THE MOMENT.
DHL Premium / Expedited (Paket) is the fast, priority postal product by DHL including tracking and insurance and is stronlgy recommended for any international shipment outside Germany and EU.
If you prefer courier shipping please choose ' DHL express / UPS' for time sensitive shippings wich usualy will be delivered to your desk or doorstep within 48hrs. We have contracts with both couriers and will choose company depending on your location.
Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out. The print will be shipped safely rolled and padded for extra safety in a heavy duty cardboard tube. |
